The 10T column load cell (Model HB3-D01/CL3-D01) is a core product for large-tonnage industrial measurement. With a rated capacity of 10 tons, it is manufactured in accordance with OIML R60 standards and features a precision class of 0.03% C3. It is widely used for weighing and force measurement of industrial tanks and silos.
This load cell is made of high-quality alloy steel with electroless nickel plating, and the waterproof connector adopts electrolytically polished stainless steel for excellent corrosion and impact resistance. It has superior performance in non-linearity, hysteresis and creep. Equipped with temperature compensation, it ensures stable data output and long service life over 1,000,000 cycles, with maximum deformation less than 0.5mm. Adopting silicone sealing, it reaches IP66 protection grade, suitable for dusty and humid working conditions.
It has stable electrical performance with standard sensitivity of 2.0±0.002 mV/V. Equipped with a 4-core 5m PVC cable and insulation impedance over 5000 MΩ. The safe load is 150% of rated load and ultimate load is 300%, with strong overload resistance. The package includes a 1.8kg sensor body and matched welded flanges (4 pcs per set, 2kg each). Standard flange size ensures easy installation and good compatibility. Wide temperature range enables stable operation in various environments.
