The HBWTQ210 is an inline torque sensor designed to measure torque in rotating shafts while being directly integrated into the driveline. They provide real-time torque data for applications like motor testing, automotive powertrains, industrial machinery, and robotics.
To capture and process torque sensor signals, different acquisition methods are used:
(1) Direct Analog Acquisition
DAQ Systems (National Instruments, Advantech, etc.)
Read voltage/current signals via ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter).
Requires proper signal conditioning (amplification, filtering).
Oscilloscopes
For high-frequency dynamic torque measurements.
(2) Digital Communication Interfaces
Microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi)
Read digital signals (RS-485, CAN bus) via UART/SPI/I2C.
