The visit began with a face-to-face meeting, where representatives from SUNG AN TECH introduced their company and business activities. Our team then presented HAIBOSENSOR’s manufacturing capabilities and customized load cell solutions, while explaining the structure and working principles of load cells through a technical illustration on the whiteboard. Both sides exchanged ideas on potential applications and customized requirements, with the customer showing strong interest in our expertise in torque load cells, force measurement load cells, and customized strain gauge load cells.

Following the technical discussion, the SUNG AN TECH team examined various load cell components and parts provided by HAIBOSENSOR. The hands-on exchange allowed the customer to take a closer look at the structural design and manufacturing details of different sensor components.

The discussion also provided an opportunity to explore how different elastomer structures, sensing components, and configurations can be adapted to meet specific force measurement and weighing requirements.

One of the highlights of the factory visit was the introduction to HAIBOSENSOR’s in-house manufacturing capabilities.

The customer showed particular interest in our ability to manufacture strain gauges in-house and machine load cell elastomers internally. These capabilities give HAIBOSENSOR greater control over key stages of load cell development and production, while also providing greater flexibility for customized sensor requirements.

During the factory tour, our team introduced different production processes and manufacturing stages, giving the customer a closer understanding of how load cell components are processed and assembled.

For customers requiring customized load cells, this integrated manufacturing capability can support more flexible development and closer coordination between sensor design, component manufacturing, and final product production.

After the factory tour and technical discussions, the SUNG AN TECH team expressed satisfaction with the visit and showed positive interest in further cooperation with HAIBOSENSOR.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity for both sides to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s capabilities and explore potential cooperation in torque load cells, force measurement load cells, and customized strain gauge-based sensing solutions.
